The name Banhmibistro, a combination of the Vietnamese word “banhmi” and the French word “bistro” (means small restaurant), reflects the French influence of this traditional Vietnamese sandwich. Banhmibistro wants to introduce this popular sandwich with a triple, but simple, concept of high quality fresh food, cleanliness and attentive service.

We have own specially trained bakery chefs to devise a formula for our prize product: BanhmiBistro Special, a baguette sandwich, thick with fresh cold cuts, pate, lettuce, tomato and cucumber, the traditional banhmi of the streets of Vietnam, but here absolutely guaranteed to be healthy for our customers.

We use only the highest quality ingredients and our own secret recipes to produce the unique taste of our bread compared to other sandwich shops in town. Our chefs continue to introduce new nutritious products such as banana bread, pumpkin bread, whole wheat bread, etc.
